Cherry Tree Cattery
This is just a few lines to sincerely thank you for caring for our cat SAMSON whilst we are on holiday. We would recommend your cattery to anyone as being clean, in secure pleasant surroundings, each enclosure for the cat is individual nicely furnished, and we know that he will be well looked after by your caring staff. SAMMY always comes home happy.
The Cherry Tree Cattery is set back from a semi-rural location with well kept gardens, in very pleasant and peaceful surroundings. On every visit that we have made to the cattery, all of the cats are well cared for, each enclosure always looked well presented and spotlessly clean, sometimes with soft music playing, and cats are allowed to bring their own special toys and blanket from home if they wish. What I think is also very nice is that some of the enclosures have an outside area for the cat to exercise if it so desires. Lastly, I think that the cats enjoy a gentle quiet experience in a clean, fresh pleasant smelling atmosphere. Whenever our SAMSON comes home from a visit we know that he never loses his confidence – which is a clear indication that he has enjoyed his stay with you.

On the first occasion she was very agitated whilst in her cat box, but I couldn’t believe the difference when bringing her to you this time. She was calm and relaxed and seemed very settled in the car. It was lovely to see this change in her, which must reflect the kindness that she was shown the last time she stayed with you.

“Thanks for looking after Phoebe and Rambo and taking care of them so well. Especially for being so accommodating when our break was extended last minute due to the air traffic control strike! Our cats are always settled and looked after really well. Before we book any time away we always check your availability first, as we know if they stay with you, they are in safe hands.
Our cats have visited 4 times and the cattery is a clean, safe environment for cats in a quiet location. We felt very welcome from the first time we went to visit, where we had a tour of the facilities and Andrea spent time with us to ensure she understood the needs of our cats. They are accommodating and let you bring toys etc from home and let you settle the cats in before leaving them. We highly recommend this cattery!”

Recently boarded our 2 year old cat here and can honestly say if cats could talk ours would say she loved it!!!! She literally kissed the owner goodbye:-)!!! Our little cat has come home seeming very happy and healthy. I was concerned she would be cold but her area was nice and cozy with a heated blanket and out door access as required. Thank you so much to Cherry Tree Cattery for taking such good care of our little Jessie! Xx

Bertie has just come back from staying with Andrea and Dennis for Christmas and New Year. He came home with his new teddy which was his Christmas present bought for him by Andrea. He is now sleeping having checked out his territory out side and still appears to love us despite his 6 week holiday, which proves to me how happy he has been. Thank you both so much for showing both Chris & I around the cattery. We appreciate the help you have shown us and have given us a peace of mind while we are away. As discussed on the telephone we would like to have our comments on your web site so others can see just how caring you are.
We were unable to get Marble into her normal Cattery. They recommended Cherry Tree as an alternative and knew they were good; we are fussy when it comes to boarding Marble so we went to visit Cherry Tree. On first impressions it seemed a nice place and when we spoke to the owners and saw how dedicated they were we were happy to book. Unfortunately, because we were away for a long period, they were not able to take Marble for the whole duration, however, they went over and above offering to work with her normal Cattery to enable the period to be covered. They kindly offered to drive her and collect her again making the trips between the two Catteries to ensure she was accommodated. We were both astounded by their help and flexibility that was shown, how many places would do that?
It only gets better they then came back to us and stated that by moving Mable to other areas within their boarding kennels they were able to take Marble for the whole period. We were impressed by the way they were prepared to put themselves out for the sake of our Marble, we are both aware it’s their business but, in our opinion, they went the extra mile to accommodate Marble. We will go away happy our little Marble is being looked after by people who truly care.

A long overdue review for such a truly home from home cattery.
Dennis & Andrea are genuinely caring animal lovers and make a dynamic duo in cat care! Our girls Pippa & Paula are always well cared for during their visits.
Dennis makes a note of their menu choices, any health issues, jabs & flea treatment up to date, and Andrea makes them cosy in their comfy cat rooms, complete with heat pads, climbing towers, toys and jingles! It seems mean to tell the girls it’s home time when we arrive to collect! Thanks you both for giving us peace of mind in leaving our cherished furry companions in your most capable hands.

I just wanted to message you to say how much I appreciate the way you look after my cats and how happy you make them feel. Having just picked them up from a new place as a one off and seeing their distress with how they had both soaked their beds and blankets thru with urine and defacated in them several times I just felt I had to message you to say you are awesome with them.
